Our investment decisions are made using a combination of fundamental research, qualitative analysis, big data, machine learning, sophisticated technology, proprietary algorithms and rigorous due diligence processes. The investment strategies we employ have a varied array of time horizons and measure how technological, industry, regulatory, geopolitical, climate, cultural, consumer preference, microeconomic, or macroeconomic changes could have an effect on our investments.

Being curious means, you’re present, observing your surroundings. In this active state of mind, one is able to discover new ideas. We foster curiosity and encourage our team to think for themselves and avoid accepting ideas at face value when identifying solutions to complex problems. We value truth seeking and understand the process of truth seeking can only be accomplished with a team of curious minds.
Detail-Oriented
Big picture thinking is incredibly important in shaping the vision and goals of an organization. Just as important are the detail-oriented processes involved in bringing an organizations’ vision to life. We are obsessive about the details and will leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of truth, excellence and results.
Think Big
A visionary mindset requires unconventional thinking unconstrained by convention. Small thinking manifests itself in an organizations’ decision-making and ultimately inhibits growth. We are very keen on thinking big, encouraging our team to devote their time to ideas with the biggest potential.
Disagreeable
We foster a culture where ideas, processes and decision-making can be challenged so long as the challenge results in improving execution, efficiency, profitability, user-experience, and regulatory compliance. We encourage our team to have open dialogue, speak their mind and be disagreeable even if what they say may be uncomfortable or exhausting.
